Compensation
1099 Driver Pay – Clear & Transparent
These are the rates. Pay is calculated from gross revenue and approved miles — not after hidden fees or surprise deductions. You know exactly how you will be compensated before you accept a load.

Settlement follows the structure above. Gross revenue is taken from the haul documentation. Deadhead miles are payable only when approved by dispatch. Detention and charging time begin after two free hours on eligible stops or charge events. Weekend regional per diem is a flat amount paid on completed round trips.

Qualifications
What we require from contractors
We hire carefully because the freight, the equipment, and your fellow contractors depend on it.
- Valid Class A CDL with current medical certification
- Clean driving record and successful background / safety screening
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
- Reliable phone and email for dispatch communication
- Willingness to operate electric equipment and follow charging protocols
