Low Center of Gravity Improves Stability
Because the heavy battery pack sits low in the chassis, the Tesla Semi has a significantly lower center of gravity than a traditional diesel truck. This design improves overall stability and helps reduce the risk of tipping or rollover, especially during sharp turns, sudden maneuvers, or when driving on uneven or slippery surfaces. Combined with precise motor control, it gives drivers a more planted and confident feel behind the wheel.
